Our home air conditioning system stopped working about two weeks ago during very hot Phoenix weather. We called Norris Air and within two hours Norris Air sent their technician, Dan. He investigated thoroughly, starting with our inside thermostat and then climbed up our roof where he spent about an hour looking at and testing every part of our rooftop equipment. He diagnosed what the problem was and replaced several parts. He then returned inside and tested the system. It now worked and has continued to work well ever since. The cost of this service was more than fair and reasonable. We are very satisfied with Norris Air's quick and professional response and service. Plus, Dan was terrific in figuring out the problem and solving it.

They had to cut two new vents in the living room, before they started they covered the furniture. After the work was complete they not only cleaned outside but took the covers off the furniture and used a vacuum. “My husband and I experienced an Arizona resident’s worst nightmare during the summer – our central air unit died at 11:30 pm on a Saturday evening. We called Norris Air at 8:00 am Sunday morning and someone answered the phone!! This person contacted their “on call” representative who called us within 10 minutes and was in our home in LESS THAN AN HOUR! “Jimmy” thoroughly checked over our air conditioner, recharged it, and taking everything into consideration, thoroughly explained our options. We determined replacement of the unit was our best option. Jimmy coordinated the purchase, delivery & installation of the new unit which arrived the next morning (Monday) at 8:30 am. The three man installation crew took care of everything including running new ducting. By 12:30 pm everything was done, finished extremely well, cleaned up and the crew left. Corey Davila made a wonderful impression on my wife and me; he was knowledgeable of HVAC systems in general and knew the Mitsubishi product inside and out. He answered our questions and had brochures full of tech-specs to leave with us….a very professional presentation. His price was right also!
On the day of installation, John and Brandon arrived a little after 8AM. These two worked over 12 hours to complete the installation and left our house after 8:30 PM. They did exemplary work! Their teamwork was superb, as was their craftsmanship. They never left the job site, and given the task, took very few breaks. There was much prep work to be done; wiring in attic the entire length of the house, trench to dig to install conduit for the line-set, and conduits on the outside of the house at the breaker-box (east) and compressor/condenser (west) side of the house, and of course, the install of the fan unit inside. Tough, exhausting work on a day of 100+ degrees temperature ….I can’t complement their work highly enough!
Today, Rick arrived and installed the line-set cover that had to be ordered (original was too small). In true fashion, he arrived on time, introduced himself, as all did, and set to work. His work was also superb.
In all, your team did a fantastic job! My wife and I are very happy with our new split-system and we’re grateful for the excellent customer service we’ve received from the office personnel we spoke with on the phone to the above mentioned sales and installation technicians who have “done you proud”!”

“Recently, my sister-in-law had some A/C problems on Saturday, July 5th…a holiday weekend.
I called her homeowner’s warranty service company and the A/C repair company couldn’t come to help her until at least Wednesday of the following week; and that was considered their emergency service!
I called Norris Air and connected with Rodney. He called me right away, explained that he had another service call in front of me. I explained our situation and he gave me some suggestions like changing the filter, etc. to see if I could solve the problem myself. Although he had several calls, he stayed in touch with me throughout the day. When he arrived around 3:00pm on Saturday, he was able to determine quickly that we needed some coolant added to our system. He did that and my sister-in-law was enjoying her A/C a little while later.
I just wanted to let you know that your service was amazing! Rodney is truly an asset to your company. He was polite, courteous, kept everything clean, and was able to resolve our issue quickly and efficiently.
In a time when “service” doesn’t mean what it used to, your company provided exceptional service.
“I called Norris Air again because I had such a positive experience upon their visit five years ago to repair my “dead” air conditioner. I was told the compressor needed replacement. It was just a few days out of the guarantee period and I could see me incurring a huge expense. The repairman called the owner and he/she said they’d treat the repair as if it was still under warranty. All I had to pay was the cost of the service call. Needless to say, I was most impressed with their honesty and integrity!
Wednesday, May 28, I was working around the a/c unit and heard a horrible screeching sound coming from the fan area. I figured, duh, something was going wrong with my a/c! I called Norris Air because of the positive experience I had with their repair visit five years ago. Jennifer was great on the phone, cheerful and helpful. She said she’d have a repairman out as soon as she could, either Wednesday or Thursday. I got a call from Jennifer this morning, cheerful and helpful, again, telling me that Rodney would be at my place in 15 to 20 minutes.
Rodney was great! He immediately went to work on the a/c unit and determined that the motor was failing. He told me the cost of the replacement would be more than $500.00. He noticed my gasp! He looked back at his ammeter and noticed that while the reading was over the maximum, it was not a reading that meant immediate failure. He offered that he would change the motor now, or, I could wait until it failed and then it could be replaced. He stated the motor could last a week, a month, or who knows how long, but when it died, I’d have no cool air and a resultant unbearable home to live in. I determined that since I have an Arizona Room with its own a/c, I could move into it when my main a/c motor died and then call Norris Air for the replacement of the motor.
Why am I writing? I’m applauding the honesty I witnessed in Rodney and his employer, Norris Air. I could have easily been railroaded into purchasing a new motor immediately, but I was given an option. What integrity! Again, I witnessed that I had found a company and a serviceman who were more interested in doing what was right for me than doing what was more profitable for them. Companies like this flourish because of customer goodwill! Thanks, Rodney and Norris Air!”

“We have been using Norris Air Inc. for our air conditioning maintenance for the past ten years. Since we’re in Arizona, we LOVE our A/C, so we need maintenance guys who are reliable and reasonably priced. The time between when we call them to when the job is complete has never been more than a day. They give us a date and time and show up exactly on time. If possible, they will even move up the date for us, so we don’t have to wait as long. They are wonderful. They are skilled workers, too. They know what they’re doing and work as fast as they can with no problems. We’ve never had to call them back to fix a job. If you are considering Norris Air Inc, you cannot go wrong with them. “I have a maintenance contract with Norris Air Inc. They come twice a year and check my air conditioner and heating pump. One time I was low on cool air, so they had to come out and repair something. They came out right away, so that was fine.
I have a couple of dogs that bark and they’re real congenial with them. They’re fine with me also. They explain what they do and that’s all I can ask for. They put in my air conditioner, which I’m satisfied with, and I’m satisfied when they come out and do maintenance as well.”
