At the ending of last month, during the hottest time of the year here in Arizona, Norris Air Inc. donated a brand-new air conditioning unit to a woman in need. Amanda, a close friend of Norris Air and Mesa Fire Department’s social services coordinator, contacted the business about a woman who was hospitalized for dehydration and heat exhaustion because her home was too hot. Norris Air collaborated with Farnsworth Wholesale Company, East Valley Sheet Metal, and Mesa Crane to get the job done. In less than 24 hours, the woman had a brand-new air conditioner and was able to quickly and comfortably settle in. With gratitude, the elderly woman and her pets thanked Norris Air for their quick response.
This isn’t the first time Norris Air has helped the community; throughout the years, the business has donated at least 5 new air conditioning units, a handful of furnaces, and have also done repairs to many units for those who could not afford to finance. In one instance, a family with a young boy whose health condition did not allow him to be in high heat, Norris Air stepped in and repaired their system. In another case, the business worked with the brother of a customer who could not afford to repair her AC unit. Norris Air, with the help of the customers brother, surprised her a few days later and installed the unit with no charge. Norris Air Inc. is not only a trusted air conditioning and heating contractor, but also an establishment that supports their community.
